Students actively participated in guided activities, learning simple yet powerful doodling techniques. Beyond acquiring new artistic skills, participants experienced the therapeutic and calming benefits of creative expression. The workshop highlighted how accessible practices like doodling can nurture mindfulness, alleviate stress, and enhance emotional 400;\">Healing Circle USA was honored to serve as a Workshop Speaker and Panelist for the 36th MSC Student Conference on Latinx Affairs (SCOLA).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our workshop, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cRising Phoenix: Reborn from the Ashes of Self-Doubt\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, provided an introductory guide to self-care and mental wellness tailored for the Latinx student community. Through guided journaling, mindfulness practices, and open group dialogue, participants explored key themes including self-worth, imposter syndrome, self-compassion, and building unshakable self-trust.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The session created a safe and supportive environment where students courageously confronted self-doubt, shared vulnerabilities, and celebrated resilience.
