As proud alumni of Texas A&M University, we are thrilled to announce that Healing Circle USA has been selected for a Strategic Consulting Project through Dr. John Sanchez’s MGMT 466 Strategic Management course at Mays Business School! This initiative provides an incredible opportunity for our organization to receive expert guidance from talented business students as they analyze our startup, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver actionable strategies to enhance our impact.
Over the Spring 2025 term, a dedicated student team will work closely with us to:
✅ Conduct in-depth research on our business model and market positioning
✅ Develop a Business Model Canvas to refine our strategy
✅ Provide a comprehensive final report with tailored recommendations
✅ Deliver a live presentation with insights to help us scale and grow
This collaboration is truly a game-changer as we continue expanding our mission of holistic emotional wellness and mental health support. By integrating strategic insights from future business leaders, we can strengthen our foundation, optimize operations, and amplify our impact on the communities we serve.
