Doodling Workshop for PATHS Students, Texas A&M University
As part of our commitment to promoting mental health and wellness through creative expression, Healing Circle USA facilitated a doodling workshop for PATHS students at Texas A&M University.
The session introduced doodling as a tool for stress management and self-expression. Students actively participated in guided activities, learning simple yet powerful doodling techniques. Beyond acquiring new artistic skills, participants experienced the therapeutic and calming benefits of creative expression. The workshop highlighted how accessible practices like doodling can nurture mindfulness, alleviate stress, and enhance emotional well-being.
36th MSC Student Conference on Latinx Affairs (SCOLA), Texas A&M University
Healing Circle USA was honored to serve as a Workshop Speaker and Panelist for the 36th MSC Student Conference on Latinx Affairs (SCOLA).
Our workshop, “Rising Phoenix: Reborn from the Ashes of Self-Doubt”, provided an introductory guide to self-care and mental wellness tailored for the Latinx student community. Through guided journaling, mindfulness practices, and open group dialogue, participants explored key themes including self-worth, imposter syndrome, self-compassion, and building unshakable self-trust.
The session created a safe and supportive environment where students courageously confronted self-doubt, shared vulnerabilities, and celebrated resilience. By the end, participants felt empowered with tools to rise like phoenixes—embracing personal growth and fostering lasting self-belief.
35th MSC Student Conference on Latinx Affairs (SCOLA), Texas A&M University
At the 35th MSC SCOLA Conference, Our Founder Ms. Ramya led the workshop “Creating Your Own Story: Dare to Embrace Failures.”
This program encouraged students to view failures not as setbacks, but as steppingstones to growth and resilience. Drawing from lived experiences, the session inspired participants to embrace the full spectrum of challenges and triumphs as part of living with purpose.
Global Entrepreneurship Week, Sacramento State University, California
Our Founder Ms. Ramya proudly represented Texas A&M University at Global Entrepreneurship Week in Sacramento, California, with support from the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship’s McFerrin Experience Fund.
During this event, we pitched Healing Circle’s vision and business aspirations to a panel of experts and mentors. Their critical questions and feedback provided invaluable insights, prompting us to refine our strategy and business plan. The experience not only enriched our approach to wellness entrepreneurship but also created opportunities to engage with local Sacramento entrepreneurs and explore the dynamic landscape of social impact ventures.
These engagements reinforced our commitment to driving meaningful change in the mental health and wellness space. Guided by the lessons learned and the connections built, Healing Circle USA continues to grow as a youth-led initiative dedicated to fostering compassion, resilience, and holistic well-being.
Global Entrepreneurship Week At, Sacramento State University, California
Received Mcferrin Experience Fund by Mcferrin Center for Entrepreneurship, Texas A&M University and represented TAMU at the Global Sacramento Entrepreneurship Week in California. During Global Entrepreneurship Week at Sacramento State University, California, I seized the opportunity to pitch Healing Circle’s business aspirations. Through an engaging Elevator Pitch, I presented our vision and goals for Healing Circle to a panel of experts. This experience provided invaluable insights into crucial aspects of business development. The mentors’ critical questions and feedback prompted me to rethink and restructure our business plan, offering a fresh perspective on our strategy.
These experiences have been incredibly enriching, strengthening my resolve to make a significant impact in the field of mental health and wellness. I look forward to implementing the feedback received and continuing this journey of growth and positive change.

World Bank Youth Summit 2024 – Washington, D.C.
Youth Delegate Representing India
Our Founder, Ms. Ramya Tulasi Dega, was invited as a Changemaker and Youth Delegate to the World Bank Youth Summit 2024 in Washington, D.C., where she proudly represented youth voices and advocated for global mental health rights on an international stage.
As part of the Summit’s Case Challenge, Ms. Ramya collaborated with a diverse team of delegates from across the world—Peal Ahamed Shanto, Olufifunmi Iwasanmi, Abiodun F. Shodipe, Joy Kika, and Oreoluwa Familoni—to address the critical topic of “Managing Risks to the Health Supply Chain.” Drawing on her experience as a Special Supply Chain Advisor to the Minister of Health, the team developed innovative AI-driven solutions to strengthen predictability, responsiveness, and resilience in Sub-Saharan Africa’s health supply chains, ensuring reliable access to essential medicines.

Beyond the Case Challenge, Ms. Ramya engaged in policy discussions and networking with global leaders, including consultants and policymakers from IBM, IFC, IMF, and The World Bank. These interactions deepened Healing Circle USA’s commitment to advancing mental health advocacy and innovative solutions at the intersection of technology, policy, and social impact.
This milestone reinforced Healing Circle USA’s mission to amplify youth leadership in shaping resilient, compassionate, and sustainable solutions for global well-being.
Wellness Unfiltered: Thriving in a Digital Era
On August 16, 2025, Healing Circle USA hosted Wellness Unfiltered: Thriving in a Digital Era, a 90-minute global workshop designed for university students, young professionals, and early-career employees.
With live participation across Berlin, the U.S., and India, the session explored emerging mental health trends such as social anxiety, digital fatigue, burnout, and intimacy in online spaces.
Through a blend of expert talks, guided breathwork, breakout story circles, and interactive mindfulness practices, participants gained accessible emotional regulation tools and built authentic connections in a safe and supportive environment.
The workshop featured global speakers and facilitators including Anna-Sophie Gaa (Germany), Dr. Kanika Sharma (India), Sehaj Sahni, and Healing Circle USA’s co-founder Ms. Ramya Tulasi Dega, in collaboration with UNLEASH MindForward and the Rivet Accelerator.
Participants left with a digital wellness toolkit, grounding practices, and actionable steps to foster resilience in an always-on world.
